The Franklin Neighborhood Center is located on the eastside of Santa Barbara adjacent to the Eastside Library. The Center has its own parking lot and several options for room rentals. With its multipurpose rooms and teen center, the Franklin Neighborhood Center is a great location for private events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, fundraisers and meetings as well as teen-attended events.
